HOA Manager


  • Manage daily operations for a portfolio of up to 20 homeowner association accounts
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationsihp with the Board of Directors per account
  • Facilitate and attend board, annual and special meetings
  • Conduct board elections
  • Accounting support, review and approve invoices, set annual budgets, review of monthly financials and collection reports
  • Review, interpret and enforce the HOA governing documents (covenants and bylaws)
  • Field homeowner communications regarding covenant compliance and general questions
  • Onsite Inspections


  • Property Management or HOA Management Experience (1 year preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
